Nawaz Sharif and Mary Nawaz Reject NAB’s Petition Against Hearing Suspension

The Supreme Court hearing the petition filed by NAB against Nawaz Sharif and Mary Nawaz’s suspension, which the court rejected. According to details, NAB’s appeals were heard on the apex court to prevent the hearing of suspension of Nawaz Sharif and Mary Nawaz in Supreme Court. The court should remove the appeal of the NAB during the hearing.

The Supreme Court also gave a fine of Rs. 20,000 to NAB when filing non-serious appeal. Chief Justice of Pakistan Justice Saqib Nisar said that justice should be done with people. If the High Court suspends the punishment then you can file a petition in the Supreme Court. High Court decided to suspend punishment for suspension.

What is illegal on this High Court decision? The Chief Justice of Pakistan said that this is a waste application after which a fine of 20 thousand rupees was penalized for filing a non-serious appeal.

It is clear that NAB once again opposed the hearing on the appeal of the Prosecutor, Maryam Nawaz and Captain Safdar in House Field Reference last week. The NAB lawyer said in the arguments that Islam High Court has no power to hear the petition suspension request; Nawaz Sharif’s two references are under hearing, the appeal can not be heard. During the hearing of the petition suspension in Islamabad High Court, NAB lawyer argued that according to the constitution, two other references of Nawaz Sharif are under hearing, the apex court can not be heard on hearing, Justice Athar Manullah inquired to NAB lawyer. Will you make the arguments complete today? On which the NAB lawyer replied that today it is not possible today to complete the arguments today.

NAB prosecutor said that the petition could not be heard after the appointment of appeals, Justice Athar Manullah said that the trial and appeals could not be held together, on which NAB Prosecutor said if the trial If there is a hearing on request for punishment for suspension then why not appeal. The application for punitive suspension on this stage is not appropriate.

Justice Athar Manullah gave remarks and said that a case of NAB which was held on a daily basis, was given to the NAB Prosecutor that if the court would say, the details would be presented in such case, The hearing was heard on the basis of the high court directives. Justice Athar Manullah said that there are special circumstances of this case, on which the NAB prosecutor had said that there was no special situation in this case, the High Court had sentenced the sentence to suspension. The application does not have the option to listen.

Legal support has been made on legal advice regarding hearingable application, I will argue next week regarding case merit. The NAB also referred to the Supreme Court against the hearing on appeal suspension. However, NAB has removed the appeals against the hearing of the Islamabad High Court on the death sentence of Nawaz Sharif, Mir Nawaz.
